Take your current read and compare it to what you reading this exact time last year. Which one do you like better? What is different about the books? Any special facts/things you want to make note of or bring attention to?
Last Year I was Reading:
Becoming Superman by J. Michael Stracynski
This Year I’m Reading:
Peace Talks by Jim Butcher
At this point, it’s hard to say which one I am enjoying more. JMS’s autobiography was one of my favorite books I read in 2019 and I can see Peace Talks making the list this year. Of course, that assumes it’s not topped by the next Dresden Files installment that is coming in September! (Two Dresden Files in one year?!? Pinch me!)
The obvious difference between the two is Becoming Superman is non-fiction while Peace Talks is fiction.
I will say both are great and I highly recommend picking up either one or both!
